Each doll is carefully crafted by hand, with attention to every small detail — from expression to finishing touches.
Due to the artisanal process, subtle variations in color or texture may occur, including minor polishing marks or slight color shifts under different lighting, which are normal and not considered defects — adding to the individuality that makes each piece truly one of a kind.
Handcrafting: 2–4 weeks / Shipping: 8–14 business days (major cities). We recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance for special occasions. Items in the same order will be shipped together.
Each doll is custom-made from your personal photos, so changes, cancellations, or returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed. *To report any quality-related issues, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded at the time of delivery for any claims.
